  1. NPS trend graph to be moved to dashboard

    since most people use the dashboard to quickly look at the data, it would be great if the NPS trend graph is made a part of the dashboard

    In the insights section, NPS view has only the NPS score across different locations but we cannot see how many responses were collected.

    sometimes even when only 1 response is collected in a particular location, the NPS is shown which is not the real picture

  9. Ability to filter out and accept non-repetitive feedback

    Raising the request on behalf of Indianoil

    It should be possible to enter data only once with a given Pre-fill(Customer)/Phone Number or Vehicle Number in the Feedback. The value that this request adds is that it ensures that repetitions of the same phone number/Customer ID and Phone number are not registered on the system and thereby eliminate duplicate data. The request is also to have this check performed for the data within a day/week.

  12. 2nd level response through ticketing system

    On behalf of tatasteel,

    currently if the 2nd level diagnostic response of the customer is collected through the cc ticketing system, it is captured as a separate response and is not a part of the 1st level response of the customer. due to this it is hard to understand which customer gave that particular diagnosis response on the cc dashboard.

    would be great if we could find a way to map it back to the initial response of the customer

  16. PRivate browsing mode- Survey link

    Since survey links dont work in private browsing mode-
    When a survey link is opened in private browsing mode, it would be great if it could lead to a landing page which requests the customer to open the link in normal browsing mode.

    In the responses trendline, apart from the date, the day to be present as well. This would help in understanding increase/decrease in response rate better.
